I received my bachelor's degree in agriculture education and went on to receive my master's and doctoral degrees in educational leadership. I have been working as an educational technology leader for the past 25 years. 

I have always used technology in my jobs as a teacher and administrator. Over the years I have developed lesson strategies and customized applications of technology to increase my effectiveness.

I am a full-time school superintendent and part-time affiliate professor teaching master's and doctoral students. I am married with two children, daughter and son, who are also married now. I have one granddaughter.
